DTF textile printing can be easily applied to cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends, as well as various textile products such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, caps, and jerseys..

UV DTF cold transfer printing can be applied with strong adhesion and long-lasting durability to all types of hard and flat surfaces such as glass, metal, wood, plastic, acrylic, ceramic, leather, and PVC.

UV printing can be directly applied to many hard and flat surfaces such as glass, acrylic (plexiglass), metal, wood, MDF, PVC, plastic, ceramic, leather, and cardboard.

WHAT IS DTF TEXTILE PRINTING?

DTF (Direct to Film) textile printing is a modern printing technique based on digitally prepared designs being printed onto a special film and then transferred onto fabric using a heat press. Thanks to its ability to deliver vibrant colors, high detail, and long-lasting results, it has become one of the most preferred textile printing methods today.

How Is DTF Printing Done?

The process begins with printing the design onto a special PET film using DTF-compatible inks. After printing, a thermo-adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink and cured under controlled heat. The prepared film is then transferred onto the textile surface using a heat press, and the film is peeled off to complete the print. Proper temperature, pressure, and timing settings directly affect both the appearance and durability of the print.

Which Materials Can It Be Applied To?

DTF printing can be successfully applied to cotton, polyester, cotton–polyester blends, fabrics containing elastane, and many textile surfaces regardless of light or dark colors. Common applications include t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, caps, and workwea

WHAT IS UV DTF COLD TRANSFER PRINTING?

UV DTF Cold Transfer Printing is a modern printing method where designs are printed onto special films using UV curing technology and then transferred onto surfaces without the need for heat or a press. It is specifically developed for applications that require high durability, sharpness, and vibrant colors on hard surfaces.

How Is UV DTF Cold Transfer Printing Done?

The design is printed onto a special UV DTF film using UV inks.

The print is instantly cured with UV light to achieve high durability.

Together with a protective transfer film, the print is applied to the target surface using a cold transfer method.

Once the film is peeled off, the design remains smoothly and firmly adhered to the surface.

Advantage: Fast application without the need for heat, pressing, or drying time.

Which Materials Can It Be Applied To?

WHAT IS UV PRINTING?

UV printing is a high-resolution and long-lasting digital printing technology based on instantly curing special UV inks with ultraviolet light during the printing process. Since the ink hardens the moment it comes into contact with the surface, the colors do not spread—resulting in sharp, vibrant prints with a slightly raised texture.

How Is It Done?

The material to be printed is placed into the machine, and the digital design is transferred directly onto the surface while UV lamps simultaneously cure the ink. This allows for fast production without the need for additional drying time, while preserving sharp details.

Which Materials Can It Be Applied To?

UV printing can be successfully applied to many hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic (plexiglass), wood, MDF, metal, ceramic, plastic, PVC, and other rigid materials. It is an ideal solution for advertising signs, decorative panels, corporate products, and custom designs.

The ALS STUDIO Difference in UV Printing

At ALS STUDIO, we see UV printing not just as a production technique, but as a quality standard. Thanks to our high-resolution UV printing technology, we achieve sharp details, vibrant colors, and long-lasting results on hard surfaces.

Before every print, we carefully analyze the surface and optimize ink density and UV curing settings specifically for each material. This detailed approach is what enables us to deliver the same high quality on glass, acrylic, wood, metal, and PVC surfaces.

UV prints at ALS STUDIO:

Are resistant to fading, scratching, and external factors

Offer high color saturation and sharp print details

Maintain consistent quality from the first print to the last, even in mass production

With our fast production time, advanced machinery, and experienced team, we provide UV printing solutions that exceed expectations for signage, promotional products, decorative applications, and corporate projects.

The ALS STUDIO difference lies in the care we show at every stage of the printing process. Because for us, UV printing is not just about printing—it's about leaving a lasting impression
