How Is DTF Printing Done?

The process begins with printing the design onto a special PET film using DTF-compatible inks. After printing, a thermo-adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink and cured under controlled heat. The prepared film is then transferred onto the textile surface using a heat press, and the film is peeled off to complete the print. Proper temperature, pressure, and timing settings directly affect both the appearance and durability of the print.

WHAT IS UV DTF COLD TRANSFER PRINTING?

UV DTF Cold Transfer Printing is a modern printing method where designs are printed onto special films using UV curing technology and then transferred onto surfaces without the need for heat or a press. It is specifically developed for applications that require high durability, sharpness, and vibrant colors on hard surfaces.

How Is UV DTF Cold Transfer Printing Done?

The design is printed onto a special UV DTF film using UV inks.

The print is instantly cured with UV light to achieve high durability.

Together with a protective transfer film, the print is applied to the target surface using a cold transfer method.

Once the film is peeled off, the design remains smoothly and firmly adhered to the surface.

WHAT IS UV PRINTING?
